Ruffian,

You said, "IDC being Investigated?"

The first sentence of the press release said, "...announced that it has concluded its analysis in response to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 101 ``Revenue Recognition in Financial Statements'' (SAB 101)."

No. IDCC is not being investigated. They are adjusting the method of accounting for licensing revenues. They are doing this because the SEC recently issued new guidelines TO ALL COMPANIES for doing so.

I am taking your question at face value and assuming that you, as an investor, did not honestly know about this. If I were to assume otherwise then it would appear that you are spreading FUD about a company on a public forum.

I am not a big fan of IDCC but we should all be interested in the truth.
