Steve, all the complaints I've ever heard have been about AMD, not Intel. My own son took 2 K6 PCs back to Fry's because they didn't work. With corporate being essentially 100% Intel for so long, if there were anything wrong with them, you'd think it would have come out by now. Good try.

If you want to see an amazing difference try replacing your Pentium with an Athlon....I don't know computers but could see a substantive difference immediately. Its this difference in performance that is attracting a lot of new people.

Now the mobo is a different story....but I am correcting that.

Have you ever tried an Athlon system? Do you speak without experience? Do you know what a BSOD is? Do you blame them on the OS? Don't you think you should try an Athlon system so you could know? Do you have your blinders on?
