>>After 2 hours the sheets dry out and I catch naps.<< When my arthritis was terrible, I used to sleep on towels so that I could rip them off the bed before I got totally soaked... sure isn't much fun though, is it?

One of the good things about having a king sized bed all to yourself is getting to sleep on the other side of the bed when the sheets get soaked. But since I found out how to oil the ceiling fan, I run it all night and that really helps a lot. Acually, lately I have had to sleep with a wool blanket because my room vent is on the ceiling over my bed, and cold air blows directly on me. For some reason Chris's room is hot, Ben's room is hot, and Nick's room is cool.

Problems sleeping can be caused by depression. I know you had a bad reaction to an antidepressant, but my mother says she can't sleep unless she takes her Zoloft.
