Not wanting to give them the opportunity to cover - I will not say what the errors in physics are.

If you think the SEC is interested in errors in physics, more power to you.

But the probability that a scientist in the optical field would miss such foundation elements of physics, together with the utter misinterpretation of the use and function of actual processes and technology is rather remote.

Who is a scientist in the optical field? Not ahhaha, not Frank, and not you. Your profile says you are a software engineer. I'll take my advice on optics from someone else, thank you.

I think that you should listen to Mr. Wingman myself.

Mr. Wingman has an axe to grind, a hidden agenda which seems to have something to do with @home, and ahhaha. I find myself having little sympathy for Wingman, since I seem to be one of the few people who actually made quite a bit of money investing in @home because I listened to ahhaha. That was from fall 1998 to spring 1999, and then the price movements got too crazy for me.

I have no idea why you are so angry, and I have no idea why Mr. Wingman is so angry. Neither one of you seem to have lost a nickle on SilkRoad. Whatever your agenda is, it has nothing to do with SilkRoad.
