Elmer went and included the good and the bad(as well as the ugly) in his estimate of 13x

We all know AMD outpruduces Intel at 1 Ghz and above, at what point do they have equal rates of production and at what speeds does Intel exceed AMD's rate of production 600-700 Mhz or even lower.

Is Intel living in the basement now and AMD lives on the hill?
