I see what you mean. It would seem to suggest a certain... rationing. Balance in all things and all that?

I don't see the problem about the later, payment-rub, leading to hijinx, because if it was of type A, find and dandy, and if it was of type B, well, a future rub gets added to the ledger.

It's a sort of prostitution, now that I think of it. But then what isn't?

I have a friend who until her husband left her for a younger woman used to charge him for ironing his clothes and for quickies. Cash. A modest charge, and she used to laugh a lot while doing it, but she did make him pay. Now he has a younger but very unpleasant wife and two more children, little ones, and looks wretched and I'll bet his clothes are never ironed and he gets no quickies at any price.
