Michael, you said... I am particularly interested to see how the smart card market pans out. Instead of just small IC's that allow you to do simple tasks like use an ATM, make a long distance phone call, pay for a meal at a restaurant,... the smart card of the future may be many things. Having some form of non-volatile memory on board will be essential. If this pans out for flash memory and smart cards gain universal acceptance it would take a long time for the fears of flash oversupply to be warranted. There are probably countless other applications we haven't even dreamed of yet. Ausdauer
