Is anyone from SI monitoring this thread for bug reports or should bugs be emailed to SI? I emailed a bug report to the technical support address and received a canned reply that they switched over to the new system to improve performance. The new system might be better than the old in some ways, but it doesn't look like they tested it sufficiently before changing over. Here is a list of bugs that I have found so far.

1. The sort order of my bookmarks is different from before the change. It looks like the sort order is case sensitive whereas the old one wasn't. All the threads that start with capital letters are sorting first, followed by threads that begin with lower case letters. Previously, a lower case t was treated the same as a capital T, for example.

2. Tables enclosed between the < pre > and < /pre > tags still line up, but the < /pre > tag is displayed in the message.

3. Some of my bookmarks were missing on Thursday night, but I added them again and they haven't disappeared -- yet.

4. The time stamp on the last message in the message list of some threads is wrong.

5. For a short time on Thursday night, everyone's login name was visible in the thread message list rather than their alias name. I don't see a way to change one's login name on the Member Service's screen. I would think that SI would provide a way to change it now that they have given away half of your login credentials.

6. The "Next 10" button was enabled when it shouldn't have been (there weren't 10 more messages to view), and pressing it resulted in the same screen that I was looking at to be displayed again. This was circular.

7. Pressing the new message count number takes you to the wrong screen.

8. Teh spell checker doesn't work. "Teh" misspelled intentionally. lol

If SI isn't monitoring this thread, then I would suggest that they create a thread devoted specifically to collecting bug reports. If possible, I think that they should go back to the old system until the new one has been more thoroughly tested.
