no question nt sells that paper at a discount. but i believe the borrower, as always, has already paid for that in the total price they pay nt. i think nt can get that and keep their margins because they are virtually alone in the OC-192 space, at the risk of repetitiousness: having installed 85% of the networks, they alone have the experience, and, except for lucent (which lacks the experience) NT alone has the size. thus NT is way out there alone in the lead, QED. we'll see july 25 whether all this leads to more (as I think) than the 35% growth Roth has been guiding the analysts to.
