Razorbak, jim_p, <OT> I wish I'g gone off shore, this was a land rig and was down to a little over 12,000 Ft. so far. My friend and his Co. got called out to the job when the oil Co. boss tried to push the job and caused the drill bit to go off course just a little, instead of the 7 degrees angle he was supposed to be drilling at, he took a reading only to discover he was 21 degrees off, so out comes my friend to get him back on course. So much for speed and a good impression with his bosses, plus he get's to add $6,000 a day to the cost of finnishing the job for my friend and his Co. It twas an interesting experience.
Take Care
Steve
