Sounds like there are reasons for all scenarios, but I think it might be wise to dump this stock and wait to see what happens. Even though I'll take a loss, I am tired of being screwed on these kinds of financing deals and the fact is the price could easily go to $5. Doesn't seem possible, but it seems more likely that they are going down than up.

It's a shame because I like the business model and the way management is performing, but this convert deal is not good. I would expect that in addition to many people like me selling, and converts shorting, there will also be opportunistic short sellers and fewer buyers. Just look at Friday's trade. There was nothing wrong with earnings. The news is convertible and it's negative.
