Ireland freezes drinks prices

Whether in punts or euros, the price of a pint has risen

The Irish government is to freeze the price of a range of drinks, in a bid to stem the spiralling rate of inflation.
Inflation has reached a 15 year high in Ireland of 5.2%, the highest in the European Union. (cont)

In the XAU, BMG is up just a little more than ABX.
ABX was so strong relative to the XAU, almost 34% at one point,
it was one of the factors that led me to sell some of it.

P.S. On my list of things to do: an analysis of the ABX/XAU ratio
to see if there is any relationship that can be used as a technical indicator.
