All relative to the size of the short position. 27% is 27%, whether it is rambs or cnc or dippydoodledoodoo.com.

What if Wendt gets the Greentree unit sold for the right price, satisfies some of the near term loans due, and then has cash left over to buyback stock? Or a ticked off Lee and Jacobs decide they want 10% or so of the company? Each.

Oh and it is not much per share, but cash is cash. The 57 Million shares short OWE somebody around $1,140,000 first thing Monday morning. Dividend payout day.
