There is an old saying in the State Department spokesman's office: If you are asked a question, try to answer it. If you don't know the answer, talk policy. If we don't have a policy, talk facts. If you don't know the facts, talk process. There is always process (we are looking into the situation, etc.). That's what SI has done - no answers, no policy, no facts, just "we're trying to fix it" whatever it is. The best stock chat site on the Web gets an F in corporate communications. Kinda ironic, don't you think?
