Estephen... In realy don't believe his remarks would be considered libelous, but then again I'm not an attorney. If they would be considered libel it would be up to Rambus as the injured party to seek legal action to determine if their reputation and business status is being maligned. All companies are subject to such verbal abuse and ignore it unless there is some real visable impact. Otherwise they just chalk it up to the stupidity of the perpetrator.
