Dan, thanks for your thoughts. I like to see contrary opinions on these threads but you seem to think the company is desperate & going down the tubes, taking wild an illegal gambles to try to stretch it out a few more weeks/months. I simply don't hear this from any other sources. Again, I would think the investment community would be all over such obvious scams. I have seen cpq and other companies get pummelled for simply not giving cautionary guidance on mounting earnings weakness. It is difficult for me to accept that you are on to something here that scores of professionals are overlooking. Are you long on rmbs?
