The system must be stable across all permutation of components selected for the particular product line. For "business SKUs" you probably need to add few more things like attractive HW and SW upgradability path, and quick 7/24 on-site service. If an OEM has some "fragile" problems with the first part, the support will be quite costly, and they would be reluctant to sell the line into businesses. Regards, - Ali
