COII has no patent protection. None. Zero.
Just suppose that unlike thermography with an analog camera, that COII's digital camera is shown to have a good efficacy in the clinical trials and that COII subsequently gets its PMA from the FDA. What then?

COII will have no protection against competition. Anybody can buy a digital infrared camera of the sort that is used for military applications. The software to make an image appear on your monitor is no big deal. COII has no patent for any of this.

This company has no "moat" to defend it, even if its product is ultimately given a PMA.

What it does have is a humongous 65,032,837 shares of common stock outstanding, and very little cash.
