That's the end of Nov 99 reposts.

The only things that have changed since then are:

* the company got a $39 M private placement in Q1, and its balance sheet is no longer a wreck.

* there are tons of new shares waiting to be sold, thanks especially to the private placement.

* shares outstanding, fully diluted, has soared even higher.

* the rabbit story -- that's something I didn't know about in November.

Otherwise nothing new. The company has not reported any outcome of its applications with the FDA and US patent office. Still no reason to expect acceptance of the product, even if it receives these approvals. Remember HMSC: a thermography company with patents that went bust in 1998. If HMSC wasn't a fraud, it was a close as it could be to one.
