Edward Marshall, CEO of Medizone International, Inc. (OTCBB: MZEI)
-------------------------------------------------

Fraud Suspect Used False Credentials
The medical research company executive who was arrested on fraud charges Monday served as a top research official at Brooklyn Hospital Center for 10 years even though he never obtained a doctorate, Newsday has learned.

Former Medizone International Chief Executive Joseph Latino was the Director of Hematology for the prestigious New York University-affiliated hospital from 1984 to 1994, according to company filings with federal securities regulators.

The 41-year-old Latino faces fraud charges for spending more than $500,000 of his investors' cash, which was supposed to fund AIDS and hepatitis research, to finance a steady stream of $450-an-hour call girls, first-class travel, and luxury goods between 1994 and 1997, the Manhattan District Attorney's office said Tuesday. He has pleaded not guilty and is free on $25,000 bail.

Edward Marshall, CEO of Medizone International, Inc. (OTCBB: MZEI) asks that interested CEOs express their interest by e-mail to jburney@otcnn.com, subj “CEO Org.” First suggested by Marshall, the CEO group seems to be taking on a life of its own. One CEO suggested a name: CEO Organization for Market Equity, or COME.

here's the docket for the case Al-Hasawi v. Computerized Thermal, et al.

This case only recently got underway, so there's not much on the docket yet. The latest entry shows that a hearing is scheduled for August 4.

Note that it was filed in April. Here's what the SB-2 filed with the SEC in May had to say:

Litigation

At March 31, 2000 and June 30, 1999, the Company was not involved in any pending
or threatened legal dispute that the Company believes would have a material
adverse impact on the Company's financial statements.

Looks like this was written in a way that avoids disclosing the lawsuit filed in April.

Now here's the docket, in its entirety:
