here's the docket for the case Al-Hasawi v. Computerized Thermal, et al. This case only recently got underway, so there's not much on the docket yet. The latest entry shows that a hearing is scheduled for August 4. Note that it was filed in April. Here's what the SB-2 filed with the SEC in May had to say: Litigation At March 31, 2000 and June 30, 1999, the Company was not involved in any pending or threatened legal dispute that the Company believes would have a material adverse impact on the Company's financial statements.
