> only real beneficiaries of these suits are the lawyers. Yeah. Except for one thing: the suits may discourage similar bad behavior by others. There's a lot of smoke in the CTXS situation. Is there fire? Lawyers are best chance of finding out. If there is fire, maybe CTXS's new management will admit it, and settle quickly (which among other things may be the only way to restore confidence). Which raises another point: it takes 2 to drag things out. - Charles ps my only connection to CTXS is as a shareholder who bought on recent "dips" (plunges!). Whoops!
