Yes, Frank. Ziasun should join Medizone CEO's fight against the MM's. Frank, you are a treasure.

Fraud Suspect Used False Credentials
The medical research company executive who was arrested on fraud charges Monday served as a top research official at Brooklyn Hospital Center for 10 years even though he never obtained a doctorate, Newsday has learned.

Former Medizone International Chief Executive Joseph Latino was the Director of Hematology for the prestigious New York University-affiliated hospital from 1984 to 1994, according to company filings with federal securities regulators.

The 41-year-old Latino faces fraud charges for spending more than $500,000 of his investors' cash, which was supposed to fund AIDS and hepatitis research, to finance a steady stream of $450-an-hour call girls, first-class travel, and luxury goods between 1994 and 1997, the Manhattan District Attorney's office said Tuesday. He has pleaded not guilty and is free on $25,000 bail.

C-3D Digital Inc. (DDD)

Turbulent times continued in the stock market for yet another week. Most recently the spark that ignited the downhill slide was Microsoft, which announced that their fourth quarter was expected to be fairly stagnant. This in turn, placed pressure on the entire technology sector, which had a ripple effect across most high-flying NASDAQ listed securities. Noteworthy, was a noticeable shift towards “defensive issues” such as pharmaceutical manufacturers, which are considered by investors to be relatively immune to economic cycles. In other words, if the Doctor writes a prescription for a patient, that patient is more than likely to purchase the drug compound and take as directed. In contrast, the purchase of a new computer may be deferred, until the purchaser feels more comfortable with cost of the new equipment versus the need for that equipment. Basically, the high-flyers became low riders, while the fundamentally stronger manufacturing sectors gained momentum.

Will this trend continue? I believe the Internet companies will rise again, but there is still a great deal of nervousness in the investment community. Rising interest rates clearly are not the friend of the equity (stock) investor. Alan Greenspan, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, has certainly indicated that rates will continue to be raised until the economy cools down from its unsustainable expansion pace. Yes, beyond the recent surge in energy prices, there are clear signs of inflation in several areas of the economy, which has alarmed the FED! Consequently, action is taken now, in an effort to diffuse the creeping inflation trend. However, recent economic news has shown the economy continues to be too strong, which portends additional rate hikes—NOT so good for the equity markets.

One of the repeated questions, which I receive from my subscribers is: How do I invest? Or, How do I buy a stock? Probably the easiest way for my subscribers is to open an online stock brokerage account over the Internet. First, it’s relatively easy, and much cheaper than opening an account with a full service brokerage firm that charges much higher commissions. Second, you are all computer literate (I surmise from your responses to my E-Mails) and there are so many online firms which have excellent reputations, such as DLJ Direct, E-Trade or Chas Schwab, just to name a few. Open a “Cash Account” & AVOID margin accounts! So give it a try, and please let me know how you’re doing.

Meanwhile, a lot of our favorites have been caught up in the sliding market. Actually, a couple of stocks we’ve been recommending rose, ever-so-slightly. A quick check with Management of my various favorites, confirms that nothing has changed but the price. Consequently, if you bought, for instance Beta Oil & Gas, Inc. at higher levels, then it clearly deserves to be bought at these lower levels as well, especially now that the Company is producing profits and expanding at a rate faster than Management had suggested when we first began supporting the PURCHASE of BETA last summer. Similarly, Youthline USA, Inc. has sagged considerably after nearly quadrupling from our original purchase recommendation last summer, actually, things are going great at YLNE, the Company is way ahead of schedule with respect to its kids’ newspaper circulation base. Although not profitable yet, expectations are for profitability by late this year or early next year. Again, I believe this is an excellent buying opportunity.

I don’t want to repeat myself too much, but I stand by the majority of my suggestions over this past year, for updates, please e-mail me your inquiry concerning these stocks.

With respect to TEVT, the stock is on the rise once again; trading volume is trending up, which is clearly a good sign. Also, we understand important favorable news is expected to be released later this week (Thursday), which should further help boost the common share price. So keep on buying TEVT, this stock certainly is intriguing.

This week’s featured Company is Southern California based C-3-D Digital Inc., which is traded on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) under the ticker symbol “DDD” at a recent price of about $5.00 a common share.

C-3-D Digital is a leading innovator in the manufacture and development of 3-D imagery and Virtual Reality Entertainment for Television and the Internet. The Company operates several synergistic divisions, including C-3-D Television, the world’s first and only broadcast network to offer 24-hour, 7 days a week 3-D stereoscopic programming. Additionally, the Company operates 3-D.COM, its Internet subsidiary and home to a forthcoming Virtual Reality / 3-D Television Portal / eCommerce community center on the Web (the eCommerce part of this site was developed by the same people that developed the “Sharper Image” eCommerce site); Strata Software, a leading producer of 3-D graphic design software; and the Hotel Movie Network, a private broadcast network focused on the hospitality industry, which presently serves over 30,000 hotel rooms. The Strata and Internet division combined to form the world’s FIRST 3-D Virtual Reality Web-based Portal. The 3-D.COM Virtual Reality Portal™ is set to launch in mid-2000 and will feature 3-D streaming video over the Internet, real-time online 3-D Gaming and eCommerce solutions in stereoscopic 3-D.

For the nine-months ended December 31,1999, revenues approximated $2.6 million compared with $300 thousand for the year-ago comparable period. The latest three-month reporting period witnesses revenues exceed $1 million compared with just $275 thousand a year ago. That’s GROWTH! Although losses widened, Research and Development expenses coupled with high selling expenses were principally responsible. These costs will “normalize” as the revenue base builds up. Also it should be noted that the corporate balance sheet was strengthened considerably with the recent conversion of a significant amount of the notes payable converted to capital stock. Thus the Company appears quite adequately capitalized to carry out its growth plans. Additionally, Management continues to raise working capital through a large International investor group, which has pledged to provide funding for the Company throughout its ramping-up of its exciting projects. It also should be noted that the hotel 3-D movies produce positive cash flow to the Company.

So, what’s so exciting about this Company? Have you have ever seen a 3-D movie or experienced virtual reality? I have, and believe me it’s incredible! And to know that it is available right now at your fingertips from home is fantastic (in both TV & Internet versions). For those of you, who have been fortunate enough to view an IMAX 3-D movie, just picture this type of virtual entertainment on your own television or computer. Children with their “have to have this” mentality are literally crazy for this spectacular imagery. Adults enjoy the 3-D entertainment because it breaks up the monotony of boring television viewing. The Company has created exciting content for digitized TV. The Company’s technology converts a two-dimensional field into three-dimensional (3-D) field and allows Film, TV and computer to be converted instantly into to 3-D!

Presently management is arranging for the large cable-TV operators to offer the 3-D Television as a Premium channel on Cable Networks. 3-D Television (which the Company owns a vast library of films through a deal with both Trimark as well as other well known Film houses) which they are currently resurrecting some of their best & most classic films into 3-D and will show them on their 3-D Television Network. For approximately $10 a month, each subscriber would be given a special pair of glasses to allow for the viewing of 3-D programming. Industry sources have projected that there will be 700 million 3-D glasses in the marketplace in just a few years, ASTOUNDING! Currently Cable operators are offering the Company’s 3-D Television Network Premium Service in Phoenix, Dallas, Detroit and St. Louis. Additional deals are online for 20 Million subscribers, and the simplicity of the equipment, which is quite small & inexpensive (about $25) to get 3-D on your Computer or TV, which is quite remarkable. The company is also planning an aggressive marketing strategy to market their products over the Internet in mid 2000 when their 3-D Portal goes “Live” online.

The Company has also announced that Ford Motor Company plans to use the technology in various Web and print related initiatives. The training will include 3-D.COM’s new Virtual 3-D e-commerce technology solution for both Business-to-Business (B2B, expected to be a $1 trillion industry by the year 2003) and business to commerce Internet Commerce. Other 3-D.COM clients include: Disney, Time Warner, Boeing and US Web/CKS.

Due to space limitations, I have chosen to do a series of brief reviews of C-3-D Digital over the next few issues. I am truly excited about the technology, management’s background and “connections” throughout the cable television industry (which will assist in getting the 3-D programming to all US residents as quickly as possible) as well as what is clearly the enormous money making potential for the Company. I encourage investors to review the Company’s web-site which we will email you when you complete our contact form. I believe this stock has significant upside potential over the next couple of years, and accordingly recommend Purchase of DDD!
