Komrade Billski - Re: "their manglement has an obsession with incrementing the share price and will sell shares of other companies to bolster earnings, as they have already shown, so they can keep the wull pulled over all eyes for quite a while."

Selling a corporations's headquarters - with a lease-back - is acceptable, however ?

Selling off divisions of a company is acceptable, however, such as the PLD division?

You raise hypocrisy to new heights.

Paul

I agree with you completely. Further, I suspect that their R&D suffers gravely from the NIH (Not Invented Here...so it cannot be good) syndrome (Unless they can steal it an claim that it really was theirs to begin with.) Also, they appear to have a corporate culture (or sub-culture) that is repulsive to many of the best minds "out there" and many of these people are attracted to other opportunities which does explain, at least in part, how a company such as AMD on a relative shoe string of a R&D budget can attract the very excellent (or even genius level) minds that it has in order to catch up with and compellingly well overtake such a Goliath with "ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD."

DARBES
