Mitsubishi and CMRC Mitsubishi, Commerce One to jointly run e-commerce markets Mon Jul 03 07:27:00 EDT 2000 TOKYO, July 3 (Kyodo) -- Mitsubishi Corp. said Monday it will form a joint venture company with Commerce One Inc. of the United States to create and manage electronic commerce markets for businesses. A market for procurement by major gas companies will be created in October, the major trading house said. The joint company is expected to be managing markets with annual turnover of 200 billion to 300 billion yen in 2003. Commerce One is a California-based provider of global e-commerce solutions for businesses.
