The Company reported a net loss of $48.0 million for the year ended March 31, 1999. As a result of the
sale of all of the Company’s assets, the Company currently anticipates that it will report net income of
approximately $28.1 million for the year ended March 31, 2000."

COOL!

Lets see -- at a conservative P/E of 2 to 10, a 25M earnings would increase the 11 M shares of stock to a total value of 50 to 250M. Share price would increase from 18 cents to 5 to 25 dollars. Just dreaming, but it is rare to find a stock capable of doing a 50-fold to 100-fold increase! I might just add to my position.

John, do you have an idea of how much of the $28M profit is from the sale of facilities and how much from product? That is, any idea what the profit/loss will be next year assuming that next year has sales similar to this year (this year being an average not a particularly good year for skiing.)
