Down's syndrome is benign, comparatively. I am talking about things like having no skull, or no stomach, or no lower bowel. I've seen one baby born with no skull, I worked in labor and delivery as a scrub tech. The head was crushed coming through the birth canal and the eyes came out first. I've also seen a dead baby born, it had already started decaying in utero. Medical professionals are better equipped to make medical decisions, not politicians, state or federal.
