limtex, Central America is not set up to accommodate roamers from USA, yet (will be available in August, per G*USA), but service is available to local users in at least Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama and Costa Rica. Calls from mobile UTs w/in Central America are 1.75-2 US$; calls within W.Hemisphere and to UK, Spain, S. Korea and Japan are less than 3$.
