Chris, In the Old Testament, certain things were necessary to establish God's people on the Earth. During that time a wall was built between man and God. God sent a part of Himself to Earth to live as a human, with the power to do miracles to show the blessings of God, and to tear down that wall by giving the ulitmate sacrifice upon the cross. During the time of Jesus' life as a human, he changed a number of edicts that were necessary in the Old Testament. As God, on Earth, He had the perfect right to do so. IMO, the most important words of Jesus Christ that you continually ignore are; "Love the neighor as thyself." and "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Jesus is the Savor, Jesus is the Light, Jesus is the Redeemer, Jesus is the keeper of the Book. I would suggest that you consider, and quote, the word of Jesus, as being the most recent code to follow. Or, are you saying that Jesus was not God incarnate?? ~H~
