I found a recipe for poached salmon once that had a sauce made from yogurt and horseradish. Sounds odd, but it was surprisingly good. Simple too.

LOVE dill with salmon...they seem made for each other...actually Missy found a recipe for a dill sauce one time and we tried it and had a fit!

I wouldn't have put the two together, but it is wonderful.

You sound like you're a very good cook....we love to share recipes...we don't cook, but we share recipes! LOL
