My basic strategy has been a short term gain. I do not have confidence that I can understand what goes on in the market after another 400M shares of Palm becomes available. Therefore, I am getting out of my COMS position before 7/11. I would consider picking up some COMSv below 12 for another short term pop before the 7/27 distribution. I will consider your point ... but what if palm goes down to $20 .. which i think is a real propositon with additional shares on the market.
