INFYNIA.com Announces Two Contracts That Will Generate $800,000 in Sales

MONTREAL, July 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Infynia.com
(OTC Bulletin Board: FYNI) is pleased to announce that the Bureau des
Soumissions Deposees du Quebec (BSDQ) has confirmed the mandate to deliver the
first two (2) of four (4) phases of the IT Strategic Plan proposed by
Infynia.com at the beginning of the year. The first phase consists of the
delivery and configuration of an Intranet network to support the regional
offices of the BSDQ that span across the entire province of Quebec. The
second phase will deliver to BSDQ users, via Internet access, the list of
subscribers in the BSDQ directory and the list of project files submitted to
BSDQ. The total value of these two (2) projects including the sale of
equipment is evaluated at $300,000 CDN.
In addition, the Company announces a contract with Quebec Cartier Mining
Corporation (QCM) for the implementation of Microsoft Office 2000 Suite which
is expected to add approximately $400,000 CDN in income for the present fiscal
year. Infynia.com also renewed its Service Agreement with QCM until May 31,
2002 and will provide to the Company additional revenues of $100,000 CDN.
Infynia.com has reevaluated its proposed acquisition of Genilog, Inc.
After several discussions with Genilog's management, Infynia.com's Board of
Directors with its financial advisers has determined that it is in the best
interest of both corporations to pursue their four (4) year strategic alliance
rather than integrate the two entities under the same roof. Infynia.com is
presently negotiating two (2) acquisitions (business combinations) that will
contribute to enhance Infynia.com's operations and will undoubtedly maximize
shareholder value. Additional information concerning these acquisitions will
be available from time to time.
Infynia.com's mission is to be a horizontally integrated Information
Technology (IT) Company engaged in the acquisition of providers of
business-to-business solutions and services for e-Commerce companies and
various providers in the consulting and systems integration business active in
the IT industry. Infynia.com's new website will be available by the end of
July 2000.
