The reason for the decrease in share price was that they spun of their chip co. yesterday so each shareholder was given X amount of shares of the new company to justify the decrease and with the 5 point move up it was quite a day for an ORCT shareholder.

Hopefully one day soon WSTL shareholders will be able to enjoy a similiar experience when CPI is spun off.

Still following the shadows of ORCT...
