You where disappointed, why grantors must pay back this loan. Those Grantors got most out of it already (e.g. building satellites, rockets,etc.). Globalstar management was just solving the problem. Globalstar is not a startup, where management controls over 50% of company. It's big boys game. Globalstar strategy relies on telecom partners. Those are difficult companies to deal with. Maybe not in US now, but in other countries,where they used to be monopolies. Similar to IRS. It's impossible to get overnight results from them. Globalstar is doing just fine. There is enough market to Globalstar service. But it won't be the next "killing up". Veiko
