The most famous of the dozens of dead bodies that litter the Clinton trail. A close confidante of both the Clintons, his assignment was to cleanup and coverup all kinds of things, with Whitewater and Travelgate probably the primary ones. He was found dead in a DC park, and alleged to have committed suicide with a single handgun shot to the head. The conflicts of evidence and the credibility of the investigations are on a par with the JFK assassination.

Vince Foster, long time friend of Billy, "Smoke this Cigar", Clinton. He was the one who may {not} have committed suicide on a park bench, or at a few other locations.
