The false positives should decrease imo as time goes on. Even so, over half those with postive readings have some level of heart disease.
False negatives are not a problem. Those with good scores can be assured that they are in good cardiac condition.
Can you put a price on that.
That's priceless.
The false positives do lead to further testing, though they would need to be done anyway if there was no EBCT.
At least for those motivated to find out.
