NEWS RELEASE
June 30, 1998
Rhombic Corporation, a U.S. company listed on the OTC Bulletin Board, wishes to correct the June 2, 1998 press release stating that the company sold a twenty five percent interest in the “Diamond Fly Wheel Technology” to Mine-A-Max Corporation of British Columbia.

Rhombic Corporation, and the proposed buyer, Mine-A-Max Corporation, jointly agreed to cancel the twenty five percent sale and purchase “Diamond Fly Wheel Battery”.

The Company’s sale to Mine-A-Max of fifty percent of both the “Active Engine” and the “FaxKey” projects is not affected by the cancellation of the “Diamond Fly Wheel:” transaction.

Described as the ultimate browser, the “Active Engine” automatically speeds up web searching, usually a time consuming task performed on the internet by thousands of individuals and corporations daily.

The “FaxKey” is a combination hardware and software device that offers total security in sending and receiving facsimile messages. By the insertion of a personal key only the intended recipient can retrieve the message.
