Hey DLO: While I haven't yet read the details of the semi downgrade, I think it's either the most brilliant of calls, or the most stupid---no in-between. In general, a sector turns around not on one analyst's call, but on repeated poor earnings. There is no evidence of a slow down, no poor earnings yet, etc. The next three weeks should tell, and with good numbers (will be) backed by good foreward statements (think so), today will be seen as a "boy I should'a bought back when... best, cb
