Detailed guidelines for IMT-2000 licenses likely to be released late July etnews.co.kr\|03 The final detailed guidelines for the selection of IMT-2000 service providers are expected to be issued toward the end of July. The Ministry of Information and Communications said yesterday that it will announce as early as tomorrow the general policy plan for the nation's IMT-2000 service, including the number of licensees, technology standards and the way applications will be evaluated. It will, however, decide the selection procedures, the most sensitive matter, by the end of this month after reaching agreement on the amount of contribution for licenses and the consortia structure.
