Hi Bob: I hope you had a nice and pleasant holiday. On SI I think a major communication to the members would be appropriate as soon as possible. We all know the upgrade has been a major issue but the lack of communication by SI is a major blunder. The company has to start communicating with its members. I would think the communication should just cut to the chase and let us know when it will be fixed. Just my opinion. Tim

Bob, I would like to take this opportunity of being able to post to thank you for all of your efforts over this past weekend. It was truly encouraging to know that at least one SI employee was in there pitching publicly. The rest of the crew needs to take lessons from you. :-) JD JD
