It reminds me of back when Etrade had screw-up, after screw-up, after screw-up, and all the while they spouted out garbage to their customers about how well things were being handled! What a hoot! Who did they think they were fooling? The difference here, is that SI screw-ups don't cost people money - at least not nearly to the extent screw-ups with an online broker can, and do, cause. I lost serious money from Etrade's growing pains. Anyway. Not losing much money over this is about the only "good" thing I can think about, as I'm fiddling while SI burns. Ice
