The press release was from Coates, not INPR. It was his way of sticking it to them, he basically said, "sure, I will honor the agreement that I am legally bound to, but guess what? I'm going to tell the world all about it so that the shareholders will know what a bunch of scammers you are." I think it is very embarrasing for the BoD and might lead to a shareholder lawsuit because such a legal requirement can't be in the best interests of the shareholders.
