If that is correct - ie. that Barrick's lawyers have asked for a freeze on info - it is highly improper because it withholds full disclosure from Pangea shareholders who are being asked to tender. In particular Barrick should issue up to date results from Golden Ridge where it is the operator. The official line from Potvin - as told to me on the morning of the Barrick offer is that assay results are delayed because of 'backlogs at the labs'. So which version is true - Barrick's lawyers or Potvin's version? How many months is it since we've had drilling results?

Of course. Barrick wouldn't want great drill results screwing up their low-ball offer. Since they control Golden Ridge, they can hold those results; however, given the situation, Enigma is right; that may constitute a willful attempt to defraud PGD stockholders.
