Hello Bernard, I didn't read as much into Jim's post as you did, with regards to mobility, per se. Then again, Jim's post was open ended and covered a lot of ground. I stipulated that I was tailoring my note to Jim to focus on neighborhood (community) schemes, only. To me this implies fixed systems with rooftop antennae, not mobile ones. Perhaps I could have been clearer on that point. But your points are well taken, nonetheless. Thanks. Regards, Frank
