I agree that this form of tracking is harsh and negative. It's not done with cookies though. Repeat *** a cookie is a small inert file that a site asks your browser to store.**

Only cookies stored by a site are accessible to that site. Other site's cookies are inaccessible to any other site.

I'm a developer and I amd sure of this.

In essence this is true paranoia and you are simply wearing out your N key.
