TB, If you think that I am going to go back 567 posts just to see what the hell you are talking about, you are more naive, and moronic, than I thought. I will say something about the "law of the land" that you may have missed while reading the stupid muttering opinions of some philosopher. A strong President presents bills to Congress that will modify the law of the land. When they are effective enough, Congress passes those bills, and makes them the law of the land, so don't say the President has nothing to do with the law of the land. Maybe you should confine yourself to pontificating on your usual, useless, drivel, and leave important matters to those that know something about them. ~H~
