What I find really astonishing is that Busby's canned "response" suggests that he doesn't really understand that a great many members of Silicon Investor (does he even know why it was CALLED that?) are experienced programmers.

And so he condescends. An appalling mistake. Probably 90% of the techies commenting on this problem could do his job better than he does.

Hell, I feel proud when I manage a Successful Download. And I could probably do his job better than he does, too, judging from the events of the past few days.

At least I'd have the wit to tell the galley slaves to TEST their damned changes before going live with them.
