I was looking for any info which might explain the terms of the deal with Hasbro a bit better so I was looking at the recent quarterly report...well I found nothing about that deal but I came across this which I don't understand ...could someone explain this to me???? this comes from page 11 of the body of the report....I thought we were making money??????

"Since inception, the Company has incurred significant losses on an annual
basis and, as of March 31, 2000, had an accumulated deficit of $38,397,100. "
