strange market. the Dell vs. CA model in Europe is so radically different and separate that it amounts to a whore and a nun being categorized as part of the same troupe.

Europe's lower systems management software sales are partially a result of old equipment being junked and new equipment, which contains the products, being put in place. European companies can only jerry-rig their old systems so long.

But, they paint all of Europe the with a one colored brush.

Patrick,
Hi!!

RE: ``The agreement to integrate a free copy of NetObjects Fusion 5.0 -- Dell Edition into our DellHost offering expands the options for DellHost customers as they Web-enable their businesses,'' said Tim Mattox, vice president and general manager of DellHost. ``NetObjects' technology simplifies the building and publishing of sophisticated Web sites for Web site builders and business customers.''

``Dell and NetObjects have a common goal of making it easy for millions of small businesses to Web-enable their business,'' said Samir Arora, chairman and CEO, NetObjects, Inc. ``We can accomplish our goal with a powerful combination of DellHost's customer focus and NetObjects' leading Web technology. This agreement with Dell marks an important occasion as NetObjects works with partners to create innovative distribution methods that make productive Web solutions readily available to the more than 18 million small businesses.''

Hey, Schneider said it was a "trillion dollar industry by 2003"..."imagine just having 10 percent of this extended market; what kind of company would it look like?"

Best, Kemble
