Being a smart guy, I never handicap legal matters. Technically, though, bs-ram sure looks like bs, as does the patent scam. Of course, I'm always glad to see you doing your part to keep the BS in RMBS.

Oh, and you know the Gateway thing? It's been discussed a lot here. AMD types keep up on the news, unlike the BS in RMBS crowd, which tends to be stuck recycling year old stuff, unless it's on the patent scam front. Now that Intel has a semi-decent PC133 chipset available, how do you think 820 boards are going to sell for the rest of the year, Dick? It doesn't really matter, though, since at this point all RMBS has going for it is the patent scam anyway. They invented SDRAM, you know. It's right there in patents filed after SDRAM was on the market.

I wouldn't be so sure....have you talked to a good patent attorney lately who knows the case well?
