Caring Products International, Inc. to Merge With Mirage Imaging Technology,
Inc.

SEATTLE, July 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Caring Products International, Inc.
Seattle, Washington (OTC Bulletin Board: BDRY) announced the signing of an
agreement in principal to merge with Mirage Imaging Technology, Inc. a
California based company.
Mirage offers lower priced alternatives to Epson and Canon label inkjet
printer cartridges as well as a complete line of specialty desktop digital
printing supplies for the consumer and office market. Mirage sells its
products under its own brand name to large U.S. retailers such as Walmart and
Target and to large original equipment manufacturer accounts.
Shareholders of Caring Products will retain approximately 9 percent of the
outstanding common stock post merger. The merger is subject to final due
diligence, execution of definitive agreements and shareholder approval. It is
anticipated that a proxy statement containing details of the proposed merger
will be mailed to shareholders in August with completion in early Fall 2000.
